On 31st October 2022, we were honored that Years 4 to 8 families paid a visit at our “Meritton’s Living Wax Museum”.

What is a Living Wax Museum?

A Living Wax Museum is an opportunity for the students to share all collected information about a well-known person during their research. Each student dresses up as their studied person and acts as a statue. The statue comes to life when someone puts a donation of money in their cup, then recites a 30-second to 1-minute speech about their person.

In just an hour, Years 4 – 8 wax models raised 14,926.75 baht from the event! Altogether with the school, Meritton donated 18,000 baht to Operation Smile Thailand. The pupils have chosen this organisation by themselves. They wished to bring big smiles to their friends in need.
